Reiki with Boshko Boskovic: Group Reiki Session

The group Reiki session, lead by Boshko Boskovic, will begin with breathing & humming exercises, followed by a body scan meditation to calm the nervous system and ground the body. Each person will then receive a mini Reiki treatment accompanied with music. Commune with your body as we come together in deep relaxation to reconnect with ourselves. Please bring a mat or blanket for the group session.

Reiki is an alternative holistic therapy that promotes restoration by tapping into the electromagnetic field of the body. By adjusting the body’s vibrational frequencies, Reiki treatments activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) and reduce the sympathetic nervous system (fight & flight). Reiki helps the body release physical & emotional constraints improving health and wellness.

Boshko Boskovic (he/him) is a Brooklyn based Reiki & sound practitioner trained & in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage and Sound Healing from the Globe Institute in Sausalito, California. He is the founder of Let’s Heal NYC, a private practice specializing in Reiki treatments and practitioner at Minka Brooklyn. He teaches classes at various Senior Centers in New York City and has worked at institutions such as Weinberg Center for Balanced Living, Soho Works, Jewish Community Center, Healthcare for the People and Brooklyn Hospital.
